I'm assuming someone here will know the answer to this:
Should my 1975 viva e coupe have a hazzard light switch / function?

Hazzard lights

I thought they were fitted to Vivas by 1975. 1974 Magnum certainly has them.

However they didn't become a legal requirement until 1986, so NO Viva need have them for the MOT.

Hi new to this forum, they were fitted to the L & GLS as standard & if you look on the steering coloum casing just below the wiper stalk there is a reses there & thats where it goes, You may also find the wiring there as well & this will be open connectors off the indicator stalk, You will need a flasher relay as well

Hi all
I have a 1974 Magnum 2 door coupe and there are no hazard lights fitted, it is a very early 74 model.
Happy new year Alan

Defo not fitted as std to the "E" models, not much was come to think of it, the E standing for Economy!
They also only had one sun visor as std (on the drivers side obviously),and i'm fairly sure there was no rear heated screen as std too.

Think the E also only had one door contact for the drivers side so the passenger had to get in in darkness, still you did get front static seat belts
