I guess the Sportpart manual is vague for a reason - it will depend on wheel size, offset, tyre profile and shape, spring height and rate, castor, I suppose the only way is to measure for your exact set of the above.

Just a post to keep this thread alive. The wheels are not back from the machinists yet their CNC router/mill thingy has packed up and my freebee job is at the back of the que again. So still no mods to the bulkhead yet. Can anyone post photos of the mods required please? :)

I have too 'modify' my HB with a hammer today. I am fitting some 185/65 13"s on 6" Vega ? wheels from an HS I have borrowed.

As far as I can see its the little bulge just to the outside of the square recess that need tapping in. I need to take more away on my front guards at the bottom corners (I think HCs are OK here?)

You could send Coggers a PM as he has much wider wheels on his Viva I think? See here...
