Wow I would love one of them. do you think I could get my old beat up Hc to look like one off those. I could drop the RV8 in lol would love the small block Chevy though.

Wonder what gear box and axle they are using? I am sure I saw a white and Black one at the Kophill hill climb a bloke called Terry i think was with the Snoop droop Club?

I spoke to Carl Edgoose at a show back in '07 and I'm fairly certain that he grafted in different ( non Viva )arches on his car. You can't really tell from my pic though ... I can't remember exactly what they were off but they looked fine tbh. Not sure if he's on here but I think he posts on the DSG forum , maybe worth contacting him on there to see which ones he used.

Wow the the lines look clean. I can't tell if it has double rim's / bubble arches though if not still looks good.
I will have a look on the sdg site see if I can find him.

thanks Codgger

is that Terrys white Can-am at the back there or your firenza coggers?

looks like i opened a whole can above didn't i 8)

those can ams are wild! theres another guy on the dsg website (the new club mag ed) whos just finished building a Can-am rep for rally work, stunning car, hes done really well.

Ive been told those archs are bespoke items made for purpose down there (south Africa) at some point, when my car outgrows its standard guts, iam going to have a go at tracking down the guy, or guys that make those archs an see if i can get a set made (the can-am bubbles that is)

The other thing thats good when fitting arches from a differnt car you can just tub the rear arches out and not worry about the inner arches which are normally rusted away as much as the outer arches.

I find tubbing alot quicker and easier than doing this (and getting it spot on)....

And you can fit wider wheels and lower the car much easier.
