Opel Scott resprayed his HB peacock blue a few years ago, he may be able to help, altenatively, unbolt one of the radiator support panels ( assuming its an ohv engine ) & get some paint matched up to it at a paint suppliers

Cant match the paint codes but here

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Vehicle-Parts-Accessories-/131090/i.html?_nkw=peacock+blue+paint&_catref=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m1538

Appears to have a few matches, cant see any record anywhere with those codes, there are 1L tins for £20

Try
C & C Car Colours, Crawley.

They have mixed paints from Vauxhall codes for me before.

I got mine from Jawel Paints in the Midlands, they advertise on eBay and mixed Extra Dark Wine from the 6RD code. Another paint supplier did the same thing and got it wrong, luckily a mate of mine has been in business for years and loaned them a paint chip to get it right.
