Water leak(s)

Help!

Leaving my Viva out in monsoon like rain the other day resulted in about 3 pints of water in the drivers footwell... not a great start. I am 99% sure the screen is sealed up ok as it has new rubbers and I added extra sealant a few months back. It appears to be coming in through the kick panel in the drivers footwell, possibly from where the dash meets the bottom of the A pillar. Any known weak points round here? Also, on the passengers side, a small amount of water is coming in through the heater footwell vent. Easy fix?

I feel a weekend of hose pipes and dum-dum coming up...
