Postby Andrew Morris » Sun Jun 08, 2014 9:04 pm

Paint or stick on, need a 6mm white stripe on my HC, and really cant make my mind up.If I take the easy option of vinyl anyone suggest a quality thin vinyl that wont collect polish ? equally anyone had it painted on.Im in the south east not far from Luton.
Thanks in anticipation, Andrew.

You can buy pinstripe tape. The Stripe Shop on ebay should be able to sort you out.

When I worked for a rolls Royce/ bentley restorer we used to use pin strip tape and take out the relevant lines you needed.

And then using nice horse hair brushes and specialist pin strip paint to get a nice smooth brushed finish.
