Inertia reels started to be fitted to Magnums from '74, but weren't fitted to all HC models until about '76, even then I think the 'E' had statics. They were an option long before that.

All HC belts, inertia or static, clipped into the same buckle mounted directly onto the tunnel, apart from early 'Square Vent' models which had buckles mounted to short belts.

Thanks for that. I'll let Securon know that they will need to change the belt they recommend in their fitment guide then. The shorter stalks they have sent me seem to work spot on.
