Has anybody tried to bend the hinge flaps to ajust the door I have tryer but had no luck only need to move the N\S bottom one a small amount I have taken the wing off that gives more room.

How are you trying to adjust, by lifting the door, twisting the door or lengthening it? if your lifting at the rear because its out of align use a block of wood on a trolley jack under the back of the door and jump up and down on the sill plate, keep the door close to shut, you might have to increase the height of the jack as you try.
Twisting, use a block of wood between the sill and door rear and just push hard, but watch the main door top as it bows abit near the quarter light.
Top frame, shut the door against a lump of wood and push the top frame in, or shut the top of the door against a lump of wood to bend out.
Lengthening, use a block of wood in the door jam so the door is close to the body and push the door to shut.
Shortening, no idea.
I did struggle with my n/s door sticking out at the bottom and ended up making a door stop at the bottom, have a look on my thread. viewtopic.php?f=23&t=22316&start=260

Thanks I have been trying to bend the bottom hinge flap back to lift the door slighty at the lock end its only out with the swage line I will fit the door and try the block of wood as you said thanks

This all reminds me of the problems I had with Morris Minor doors. Sometimes it is better on those to drill out or grind off the 3 or 4 welds holding the skin to the frame before starting alignment. I'm sure that Viva door skins are better fixed than that......

I think that other than a spot of braze at the top corners, they're just folded around the frames.
