Paint finish

Postby Jeremy » Tue Mar 07, 2006 9:39 am

I have a 1952 Dellow which was re-sprayed in the 1970's with a paint which was used on an early 1970's Vaxhaull Viva Special Edition. I can only describe the colour as a off white/cream. Can anyone help with identifying this colour and where I can get a supply from?

Many thanks

Jeremy

Paint Colours

Postby pbottomley » Tue Mar 07, 2006 1:23 pm

LOL its the one main part of the site missing right now, i have all the HA and HC colour codes and trim options wirtten ready to upload, but i dont have a HB parts catalougue (well i do, but not much good) so I would love to help but cannot.

If its a HC colour form 1970 then yes i might, but i suspect a 1970 Viva Special is some kind of HB last of the range, bit like a HC S (special lets get shot of the last of them)

You would never guess i am a HC man

Ian,

Sorry for the delay in getting back. I'm based in Dorset. Many thanks to all of you who have reponded so far.
