Its been a while since I posted here about how the Marvin is going, this week I took some time off and took the car back to the paint shop to flat the paint and polish it (not wax polish but rubbing compound).

It came home from the paint shop last night and was parked up on the drive with a cover over, this morning I have had a couple of hours to look him over and start the rebuild again, alas rain stopped play but not before I got a coat of polish on the boot and its badges polished and re-attached.

Just how shiny is that boot? Here is how shiny, I am well happy with the paint now, considering it only me cost £500. Mind you I have had to wait and help out a fair chunk, but that half the fun!

The extra lights were fitted on SL models. Not sure about export models if they had them or not.
