Can anyone help with part numbers

Postby Acton-hc » Thu Jul 02, 2020 1:37 pm

Afternoon Guys

My Vauxhall Viva Hc has been advised on the inner rack ends on both side, does anyone have part numbers for them plus the outers as might aswell change them aswell. It’s a 1800 deluxe if that helps.

You won't find inner ends, you'll need a reconditioned rack. I believe the club spares scheme has a couple of ones in stock available to paid up club members.

There are two types of HC rack, Burman and Cam Gears. They are totally interchangeable without any other changes.

The outer ends are the same as Classic Mini and cheap to buy.

Wow Rizzo hope you didnt pay what his has them up for now  Club prices are a lot less than that Josh could join the club and buy one and still be in pocket!

Cheers guys, I work at Mill AutoQuip so managed to get a load of parts at cost like filters, pads, belts, and tie rod ends, can’t find a part number for the discs tho.

I'm assuming this is a new addition to the club Fred, cos you didn't mention it when i got those two racks off you previously, sadly they were both in poor condition, hence the purchase. :D

cant remember when that was - I managed to get some reconditioned racks about a couple of years ago probabley after you had s/h one from me otherwise i would have offered you one
They are now with David Heading our new parts coordinator. I am looking at getting what s/h racks we have reconditioned - hopefully at a better price than the remanufactured ones.
