I don't know about the OHV engine, but when I converted my Sportshatch to have an electric fuel pump I just made one from a bit of suitable steel, using the gasket as a template to get the holes in the correct place.

I have an 1159 and I used a blanking plate for a Mini/Minor/MGB/Sprite etc. BMC part number 2A265. I suppose fuel pumps had a common design across many manufacturers because it was a perfect fit.

My old mechanical fuel pump was kaput so I fitted an electric pump and blanked off the hole on the engine. I really like having the electric one as the car now starts immediately, even after sitting for weeks.

cheers,
Ben
