Thread sizes and length clarification

Hello,

Last few bits I'm having to find for the rebuild are some screws and bolts and wiper blades

What lengths are Firenza wiper blades, I don't have any to measure

Sidelight Screw 9907000 - No pitch or length - does anybody know?

Are the following the correct lengths as I cant see clearly from the PDF parts manual

1559967 - No10 24x 1.5
159920 No 10 24x.1/2
159967 No 8 15x ¾
window winder screw - Hex Screw No 10 24x 1.25 (longer one for the SL Trim door cards)

Lastly, how do you hold your badges on?

Chris

Standard wiper blades are 14" but you can fit 15" without any trouble.

I have slightly different lengths on some of those screws:

159920 - No. 10 - 24 x 0.5"
159967 - No. 10 - 24 x 1.5"

I don't have a 1559967 listed, but I do have a No. 8 0 15 x 0.75" screw in the same area as the above.

The indicator lens screw has been a subject of discussion before, we did wonder at one point whether it might be a BA thread. I haven't tried measuring it for a long time because I haven't been looking for one, if you haven't had an answer by the time I'm back in the shed I'll try to remember to give it a go.

Could be UNC no.6 x 32tpi. x 1.25 long-if I`m following this thread  correctly-dia. 0.136" (thread data sheet ) mine measures 0.133"

I can`t see anything else close to this but have seen mention of `domestic electrical screw`in the past but whilst dia.(M3.5) is very close thread is about 42tpi.
hope this is of help

`domestic electrical screw`

I believe those fit the later plastic Chevette (metric) indicators.

Depends on the badge. For example the "Magnum" badge on an estate tailgate has nuts on the back of it (there's probably a special name for them, "speednut" springs to mind, but not a nut with a regular thread), the individual "Vauxhall" letters and some other badges just press into a metal/plastic bush in the panel hole.

I cant quite seem to find the alternative you have for 1559967 in my diagram, can you take a picture of its location, it is also a very unusual size, just wondering what its for.
Basically I need all the cowling screws front, back and middle
and window winders if that makes life any eaiser!!

That '0' in the middle should be a dash, so the size should read No 8 - 15 x 0.75". Those are the four screws that join the upper to lower cowling, 9906107 but NLS, use 11045123. G4-89 in my diagram.
