Yes, German is a very descriptive language but with few words, combining nouns to make a word is common. But I was more taken by the vendor's rant about his experiences with eBay in the description.

As this is in the Public forum I will be the one to state that no offence is meant by these comments to any person of German descent that might be perusing this thread . . . I'll assume that any existing German club members are already used to this club's mildly xenophobic tendencies . . .

From the verb "fahren", meaning "to go", IIRC. Er fahrt, he goes.

German is quite good at building up words from smaller ones. You've only got to look at ZF, which I think is "Zahnradfabrik Friedrichshafen", literally "tooth (zahn) wheel (rad) factory (fabrik) of Friedrichshafen (which itself is Friedrichs Harbour)".
