If you go for A4 grade stainless it can take a better polish and look almost like chrome. A2 is a bit dull.

I agree, these look a bit dull alongside proper chrome (I lucked on a mint pair of HB bumpers). A4 stainless if shinier would be better. These particular ones I got too, the heads are a bit over-size at 15.5 mm, they sit perfectly flush on the centre bumper holes, but on the outer ones which on the HB are on the bend of the corner, leave a tiny but perceptible gap under the head. Functional however, right now the goal is just getting the car back on the road, can finesse things later, so they'll do me for now.
