That's right, any ' 90 ' model could be converted although Brabham done a conversion for non ' 90 ' models using a single Stromberg carb

There is one of each, a peacock blue deluxe '90' estate & a white SL90 4 door, if you go on Google images & type in Brabham Viva you should be able to see images of both

I believe that 4 door SL90 was converted later and technically was it the real deal? the Down Under developed 4 door arriving like coals from Newcastle to these shores.
Maybe more associated with the FD Victor OHC , that really superseded the OHV 1159? I could be wrong but I think the 90 was dropped soon afterwards?
I think it has been accepted as the real thing,by some but not all-
from 1967 the Brabham dealer fit(extra for that)could be retro installed on any 90 models.
As you probably know the 90 package included servo disc brakes, drums still on rears, as well as low profile crossplies on 4.5 J Wheels a lower axle ratio and higher compression engine,A Brabham could be ordered as a new car, so would be automatically be registered as such , many retro fitted conversion probably werent,
That would include the Estate also anounced in 1967.

The Peacock Blue Deluxe mentioned actually has a 1256 Block, with the twin carbs, 4 Branch Maniforld ,hotter profiled cam,not sure about the Crank .
The Wood rim wheel, gear nob revcounter and stripes and wider 5.5?J wheels were I believe optional

Some Canadian Epic Envoy HB Estates had the GT interior(their GT saloon didnt have full door cards-more akin to a Deluxe, but fitted head restraints dummy scoops but most of the pictures I have seen are 1600s.

Well done Fred. I have owned HBs since 1976, including 3 Gt's, and a std SL and have not seen this brochure before.
