Hi everyone i have bought a bit of a project some might know a bit about which would be most welcome, Its a 1970 HC SL 1100.
Its in need of some welding but i think could be worse i think the interior will be harder to sort as the door cards are poor, no carpet or headlining everything is in bags at the moment.
The viva has a nice history original purchase invoice and a written history. i would welcome any advice on making drivers front arch and repairing the front valance, i believe its different being an early HC. not sure how to put pictures up ?

Welcome.
As far as I know, front arches are the same on all HCs. The top profile of the wing is different on earlier cars - the early cars have a "high top" wing, which sweeps upwards toward the outer corner, where the later ones have "flat top" wings. But the arch is the same.
As for putting up photos, below this "post a reply" box there's a tab that says "upload attachment", resize your photos to below 600 pixels in either direction and go through that process, once uploaded click "Place inline" and they'll appear in your message.

Does it have square surrounds for the air vents on the dash?
Where abouts are you based?
