As you may have read by now, we have the driver's so "A DRIVE FOR INDEPENDENCE" is to go ahead.

Unfortunately, the world reccord attempt is off, but a convoy does not have to be. We all know of Viva owners who live in the north and midlands, so please contact them on our behalf and give them the times of where we will be at the service areas and ask them to come along to support us. I will post the whole route on the forum so we all know which roads will be used for the event. The press etc will be covering the event, so it would be great to make the papers and TV as a headline story. Also the more cars seen, the more attention we will gain from the public, which should = more funds for guide dogs.

Please the had work is done, so lets have a show on the roads. Not everybody reads the forum, so please make a phonecall or drop somebody an e-mail to spread the word.
