50 quid for that front suspention!! makes me want to cry!

ive lost over 50 quids worth in sweat this weekend cleaning the 30 years of cack off mine for a strip down and rebuild! thats without the new shocks / bushes / springs!!

grats on some shrewd purchases :D

I guess you deserve it after the state the shell was in! at least my magnum's bodywork is pretty sound!

Watts linkage on the diff should keep it solid. Just like a Rover SD1.

Im thinking Rover 800/400 ? as i have a set off calipers sitting around ,they have the hand brake built into the caliper and hold the disc unlike some other cars that have seperate small shoes for the hand brake

Yeah I have read somewhere that Rover 800 ones are the way to go :) what discs do they use with those?

Whatever you do take loads of pics along the way as I will be watching with intrest  I am currently planning to take Scimiter/powerlok route myself. I will probably be using some alloy MK4 Golf rear calipers that I have already, but fitting the rover ones should be a simular process.

Ade,

Does that fibreglass firm make any other panels? I'm looking for a bonnet for my Firenza.
Some nice bargains youve bought there by the way.
