While I'm downloading some more pics here's a run down of the spec
Seam welded shell, new trans tunnel (for the "big gearbox" lol) welded in 6 point roll cage, from the tops of the rear shock turrets and going into the front foot wells to give the bodyshell more strength , the floor pan in the footwells moved back to allow for the wheels to turn so as to get some lock, modified pedal box (narrowed) Wilward twin circuit master cylinder. The rear axle is mk2 Escort with Gaz adjustable coil over shocks, 4 bar set up and panhard rod all rose jointed and a Cosworth 2 piece prop. For the front suspension I fabricated a new cross member to allow me to use Gaz adjustable coil overs again, this was to let me choose the ride hight as I wanted to get the car as low as I could, the bottom arms have been strengthed and I have added a tie bar which goes from the arm and is fixed to the chassis, this is rose jointed to allow for movement. The front brakes are Escort Mk6 vented disc and calipers the hubs have been re-drilled to Ford PCD (this makes it easy to repalce the) the wheels (6.5 x 15's) are Mk6 Escort RS2000 with 45 series tyres fitted. The engine is a Ford Sierra 8v fuel injected twin cam and MT75 5 speed gearbox (the reason for this, simple it was free). I have removed all of the window mechanism and qtr light and I have welded a frame into the door to take plastic windows (one day), i have also fitted MX5 door handles (again this was bit of a mission, but hey what the hell) the only proper glass will be the front screen. The wiring loom is an aftermarket one and all of the switches are mounted in a switch box mounted on the inside of the roof (as I moved the seats back I couldn't reach the dash so this was a neat solution and looks quite cool. The bucket seats were about 20 years old (didn't want modern ones) and I had them recoved green and black to match the car. I carry a spare wheel which is mounted in the boot with the battery and the fuel tank. The fuel tank is Spitfire and I modified it to take the Sierra fuel pump (mounted inside the fuel tank), ther are other things but I think you might be getting bored by now
