Fitting different wheels - Done!

I have been trying for months to find some 4 x 101.6 wheels that I like, aren't minilites and not 13 inch. We all know 101.6 is unusual so thought I'd go down the route of wobble nuts and 4 x 100. Well 7/16 UNF wobble nuts are impossible to find and I'm not 100% sure I wanted to use them anyway. Which lead me to re-pitching!

Found a firm only down the road from me and they can repitch virtually any wheel to any pcd. So bought myself some 4 x 100 I liked, took them the wheels and they repitched my wheels to 4 x 101.6, made me some custom spigot rings and supplied some long nuts. All this whilst I waited, an hour and a half! As the adjustment is so minor it hasn't actually changed the original hole in the wheel, just the seats.

Cant recommend them enough, the equipment they have is amazing and the service faultless. They do 60+ sets a day as well as diamond cutting and so on. They actually repitch wheels for Wolfrace as they are only round the corner. So if like me you are struggling to find new wheels you now have a shed load of options. Repitching is around £40 per wheel (depending on design could be less) but well worth it in my opinion.
