cheers ade, keep forgetting the rod scene  those guys have probably overcome virtually every problem encountered with building a special

i take it your going to run the your top bars inboard of the bottom ones as per diagram?

come to think of it, are you going to run a sway bar (or watts linkage) as per scimiter axle or are you going to make one of your own design?

sorry for all the questions, just ive never done anything like this before  (bikes are alot different)

oh heck :? and there was me thinking it was just me that worked like that

one thought i have had, is to run the original lower arms, copy the brackets on vaux axle, weld them in place of scimmy ones, then reverse the top arms ie instead of going chassis towards center of axle/diff, turn the "V" the other way round running outwards from axle, towards the center of the floor?

excuse the pants pics, they aint to scale!

Ade,
Some nice patch work there, keep it up.
An inspiration to us all to get on with our own projects :D

You've been busy Ade. A lot done and more to do.
I like the car roller/jig thing. Must be ideal for turning a weld the right way up. Out of position welding is horrible, especially upside down  .
Nice :) .

Boyd :)
Please don't sell me a Viva. I'll just ruin it.

I think I may have given up a long time ago if it wasn't for the roller well worth the few hours it took to knock up
