HA VAN RESTO COMMENCES.....

Postby madders » Wed Mar 09, 2011 12:04 am

Finally got to start pulling her down and having a look before we get her in the shed and crack on...

when she's done she'll be in David Brown Tractors company logo as Retail had them at various depots as service vans....this one will reside in the DBTC Museum in Meltham and come on the truck to shows with the tractors.

I fear this is the start on knuckle rash season - again......

Was this on eBay not so long ago?

Me and my brother are looking for one to go with our HB and HC.

After a year long sabbatical....the HA Van resto is back in full swing and today I have bought a full offside panel from the door b post to the back door hinge.....before I cut out the old and weld in the new can the club make any use of it for copying the arch etc ??if so let me know and the powers that be can borrow it and take templates etc????

I can't believe such things are still lurking but there you go!!! :D

it's a 1594 but it's not a commemorative edition, we have another 1594 4wd which is though, that lives in the DBTC museum at Meltham opposite the old factory. :D open Sunday 25th March!!
