Any recomendations for silver wheel paint,in a spray can? Lots about, but which works best. Did spray my Rostyles in hammerite silver, but the colour seems to be "Bleeching Out" Just want a nice classic silver look, would prefere not to use laquer on top either. Cheers.......

Well I understand, the sprayable hammerite sometimes goes bleachy but what about the brushable hammerite? I did the wheels on my polo over a year ago with hammerite smooth silver brush type and they came out looking very nice and smooth with no brush marks. They still look as good as the day i did them!

The best stuff to use would be to get a can of vauxhall 157 in aerosol can. Do a couple of coats, let it dry fully. Then do one dust coat to give it the sparkle. Let it dry then lacquer it. Either matt or gloss. Will last alot longer and look better.
