Am I obsessing?

I have 2 GT front subframes and am currently dismantling one. Was looking at both and the one swaybar seemed thicker than the other. Measured both and one is .720 inches in diameter while the other is .776. Is this significant? Should I choose one over the other?

The thicker one will give slightly better handling, why they are different I have no idea. Pick the one thats in best condition.

HP Firenza had a thicker ARB in the front, though I thought there was more difference than that.
