This is my first post since september, just got off my backside and letting you all know the progress to date.
I started with the engine which was totally seized since being laid up in 1991,after stripping sump and head, got a gallon of wd40 and soaked it twice a day for a week, then was able to start to take crank and pistons out.
Pistons were still stuck on gugion pins, soaked these to no avail(piccy below)rings would not move/stuck big time and basically have taken to a recommended place for rebore and pistons that steve(shamm)had located for me.
So while im waiting for block to come back have started on anti roll bar,the drop links were approx £5.50 delivered from someone on ebay, just had to buy two shorter bolts.
terry :thanx:
