She has now gone to be painted and will come home in about 2 weeks. Gives me time to order new parts and clean other bits to be put back. Can't wait.

With the roof lining in place I am leaving it a few days to settle down before gluing. So I thought id take a look under the dash board at the wiring. I wish I hadnt. Alot of surplus wiring thats doing nothing at all. A flasher unit wired to the right headlight? Some sort of make shift alarm it seems. Now removed. Horn button didnt work so it was a case of buying the one advertised on fleabay or try to repair the wire inside the push button itself. Soldered a new wire in and the beep beep works again.

Guys. I must confess I broke the law yesterday by taking the Magnum for a quick spin up the road for half a mile. The temptation was just too much to resist. I spent all day yesterday putting the final touches to the interior. I looked outside at the cloudy sky and thought..... if im quick I can just nip to the corner and back before it starts to rain.... so I did. From leaving to returning I had a grin from ear to ear. And still a few hours later too. It performed f.....g awesome. Still alot to do yet. Brakes definitely needs a rebuild which I assumed anyway. Just thought id confess my sins to you. Hope im forgiven.
