This is only an offer, and an idea, but if someone would like to make a form (mould) of the correct shape/curvature I'm happy to thermoform some panels in my oven. If they were made from a polycarbonate or similar they would'nt distort.
Cost? Nil, or a beer. I'm just interested to see the result!
