That's what the drivers side inner wing was like on my estate, repaired it with two repair sections, I'm thinking about replacing the hinge pins on mine with the roll pin type as they are easier to remove, just need to find out what will fit

Drill the holes out to 8 mm and fit 8 mm ones. The original ones are about 17/64th if I remember, the same diameter as an OHV pushrod.

The holes are to save weight and aid cooling

I have two sets of repair panels, and also one of Rizzo's old inner wings that may be of help, so plenty to choose from!

I will also be looking at replacing the hinge pins. I can't imagine going through that trauma again! (Although I still have to on the other side...)

ive been looking at my hinge pins today, but i think you would need a special drill or bit to drill the door on the HB.

use a 'right angle' attachment on a normal drill, you should be able to get both with that from in between the hinges if you get my meaning.

Measured a hinge pin & it comes out at 9/32, or 7.14 mm in diameter, would there be enough ' give' in a 8 mm roll pin to replace directly without drilling ?

Just done a quick search for 8 mm hinge pins, 70 mm long ( 2 3/4 inch) & bresco list them as Granada hinge pins, so may order some & try them when I replace the doors

I would doubt if they would.

The wear is normally on the body mount and not the doors, so if you fit a roll pin its unlikely to spread enough to take up the wear i would have thought.
