water ingress

Where's the water getting in to the foot wells from all window seals need replacing?

More likely the front screen rubber, HB or HC? you could get someone to spray the car with water while you sit inside and look for water ingress.

HC going to need new carpets and headliner any adjusments on drivers side seat?

What kind of adjustment are you looking for? If they're late seats, you can adjust them forwards and backwards, and recline the seat back. I forget what is possible on earlier seats, a bit less I think but I'm not sure.

For the water leak, also check the state of the seals around the paint access holes in the front wheelarches. These square plates are pop-riveted into place, with a rubber seal around them, and it deteriorates and lets water in. They couldn't be in a better position to leak water into the footwell if they'd been designed for the job.

Ok will check them it has been sat for the last 5 years so possibly be leaking through windscreen seals they look in bad shape also driver side window seal looks in bad shape where's the best place to get new ones from?

I believe the only place in the UK for seals is East Kent Trim, there's also a company in Australia that does door seals. Not sure if anyone is stocking them in the UK though.
