What is the offset of these wheels like? I'm considering buying some 7" wide ones but was wondering whether they look all right as they're obviously meant for FWD Minis.

believe it or not, the 7" has a bigger offset than the 8".

7's will fit with 185x60 or 195x45 tyres no problem.
205'x60s will give you a rub on the front wings though!(been there!)
