Aim at what looks like it might be a rusty spot on the car.

If they don't bounce get the filler out.

Unfortunately that's the most solid bit of the car.

Pain is pleasure my dear. It'll all be worth it in the end. Possibly.

Does anyone know where I can get a wiring loom for this thing? Only I'm really not looking forward to making my own.

Hi Clara

Only a mild dose of the rust bug then...... Nothing new to us HA owners!
Anyway, rust aside, I have a thought about the wiring loom, I might (emphasis on might) have one I stripped out of a donor about 20 year ago..... it should be in the loft with all the other old old old stuff, including the seat rail I said I'd look for....
I will have a good look later this week and let you know as soon as I can

Morning!! Not sure where this old thread was dragged up from! Unfortunately "ShoeString" was put to death after I started radiation / spending too much time restoring the Chevette.

Good news is that operations pending the HA (BAD 251B) will finally be stripped down ready for us to start restoring her!!
Three cars, two fire engines, one steam roller, a wheelchair, and various sized hammers.... what could go wrong?!

Thanks Paul (mug is on the Peugot - you can see it in the picture!)

She's been enquired about twice today, and by gosh does she look strange taped up. Can't wait for the gazebo to arrive!!

Will post more photographs when I get back from playing with steam rollers!!
