Heres a couple of pics of my Viva before I took it off the road, its a 1972 Viva SL, its a 1256, standard apart from a stainless exhaust, lowered and some alloys...

I had to change the wing and half the front panel as it had been pushed in from the front...

The rusty bit is what was lurking under the vinyl roof...glad I took it off!! :shock:

I had a mishap with the rear screen when i was taking it out......yup, it broke. :roll:

millions of glass squares everywhere!!! :oops:

If you get stuck I have a screen you can have. But getting to Aberdeen might be the problem!

Thats a nice looking car, another green early 70's SL, they seem to have survived well.

A wee update... I got the car completely stripped and put it on its side.

Then I started stripping off the old underseal. :( c*@p job.

Its kept the car well, but there are some rusty bits I wouldnt have found till they were big holes!
