HA restoration

Postby Bakki » Mon Sep 24, 2007 6:21 pm

The restoration from my HA has finally started. I stripped the car because some welding must be done and after that it will be resprayed in the original colour. But I have problems to find information about the colour. the colour code is 659. Anybody who knows the name ??It's not in the list on this website
Thx
Bart

Hi Bart,
I think the colour may be Storm Grey, which should have paint code C756.
Your trim code is U509 Calypso Red, which was usually paired with paint colours Black, Storm Grey and Grecian White.
Regards,
Baz.

Hi Baz

Thanks for the info. I think you are right because the colour looks like the sky on a stormy day. I hope I can find the right paint now. Not easy to find something about Vauxhall here in Belgium
