It's a HC and it's been in there ages. Not suprising when they want £100 for the engine alone!

And this is precisely the problem when our cars do appear in scrappys...they think that they can ask what they want for parts...Is the engine tried by them and known to be good? If so they should guarantee it for 28 days at least. To be honest, if its a sweet engine, then 100 quid is not a fortune, but not cheap for what is basically a used engine. As i say..if they have tested it, maybe, if not then worth its weight in scrap.
