Being Punished??

This 2 Doors Viva HC seems to be punished by its owner.
Seems a complete unit and its perfect for resto or spares but the owner isn't willing to sell it and prefers to let it destroy slowly by weather elements.
Are these People mad/crazy?? OR I'm the crazy one??????

Its not you, some odd people in this world. As an apprentice one of the fitters I worked with was a born again cyclist, hated cars. Yet he had 3 deseamed genuine Mini Coopers, and he left them on his drive to rot, rather than sell them and see them back on the road!! Although he did eventually sell 2 of them, and kept the best one and bought a P205GTI!!?? The furniture in his living room consisted of 2 Cooper front seats and a TV!
