I came across this HC yesterday in Rowley regis, I had popped round to see a mate & I saw it driving towards me, strangely enough, it conked out right by me so I offered assistance, it turned out that it had had a new head gasket fitted & the bottom hose where it connects to the water pump wasn't secured properly & had sprayed water over the dizzy, so we dried it off, secured the bottom hose, & away he went. This was the car that was on e-bay last November that had been converted for a disabled person, those mods appear to have been removed & the car has been resprayed in the original colour ( conifer I think ) & rostyle wheels fitted

Wondered what happened to that car. Did you point them in our direction?

didn't get a chance really. it was stopped on a junction & the battery wasn't man enough to start the car so after advising him it was best to keep it going after bump starting, he did just that
