These are in Practical Classics magazine September 2014.

Although I think "in everyday use" may be pushing it here

Magnum - LFB 407F (Hard to tell, but I'm pretty sure)

Nice to hear. Any idea about the current state of the Magnum?

No idea on the Magnum, that photo must be 5 years old at least.

Not that old!
I've chased the owner for the umpteenth time this year, there is also a white Firenza in reasonable condition parked in front of the Magnum, and all three have been parked there for at least 20 years.
I know, 'cos that's how long I've been chasing the owner who apparently lives away and judging by the mail in the hall hasn't been home in an age. They are less than 10 miles from my home and it grieves me every time I drive by, left as they are, on the side of the main road.

I wish someone had saved them!
The Magnum and the Sportshatch were quite tidy when parked up, but they are deteriorating badly now, parked less than 15 feet from a main road and covered in filth and road salt. The guy won't answer any enquiries, but has other cars parked in an old chapel which is next door, but I've found a near neighbour is sister to a pal of mine so If he does turn up I will get a shout.
The place is Wigmore, North Herefordshire.

More likely to be LFB407R, surely?

Even though I enjoy these 'classics left to rot' photos, I found myself a bit worried that this photo suddenly appearing in PC might lead to the cars being damaged or removed, or otherwise 'lost'. Probably not likely, given how close they are to a main road - if that was going to happen, it probably would have by now. I haven't been there myself, but other photos show an up-and-over garage door still present, and I wondered how much trouble it would have been for him to shuffle everything forwards a little and close the door.

I was approached at CPoP by someone claiming he'd seen "a black Chevette Sports" sticking out of a garage in Herefordshire - even though I could describe where it was and even quote the registration, I still couldn't convince him that it wasn't a Chevette at all.
