swap shop

Postby psl » Sat Dec 23, 2006 12:10 am

what about a swap section? where some of us tight *Bleep* gits may think about a swap for their prized bits of rustieness for other bits of rust. eg one small tin of p38 for a solid front wing?

not everyone looks on the "wanted" section and from experience when you put up a swap many people want to see what you want to swap. It works well on other forums eg total carlton

there are a lot of people that have some great rare stuff, that wont sell as they think they may get ripped off and then cant find what they really want, swaping keeps both parties happy, so the merry-go round of parts keeps flowing.
Come on Paul its worth a try

Points raised are valid Paul and as you well know and tell everybody, we are here to serve the membership and provide a service that they want, so I would suggest that a Swap Shop should be given a go. I know that you will understand this and get on with it as soon as you have time. Thank you on behalf of the members that have requested it.
