changes to photo files

Been sent some old photos of my car, there been sent on adobe pdf files, is there any way i can change these to jpeg or similar ive had a mess about but cant get anyting to work (not that i really know what i`m doing)

One quick way (if you have some graphics software like Paintshop) is to display the image on the screen, hit PrintScreen, then bring up your graphics package and select "Paste as New Image" or the equivalent. This will create a new image that contains your screenshot, then you can edit it to get rid of borders, other windows or whatever.
