At the price you had it listed for i am not surprised in the present climate its has been sold, alas i suspect unless its someone you know it will be on an auction website in a matter of days for at least £1250 more than the price you were asking such is the way things tend to happen now.

I listed for what I thought was a realistic price and to get a quick sale I did not weeks of tire kicker and hagglers which I had the last time I listed it for sale.
The guy who is buying seemed genuine enough however what he decides to do with car from this point onward is not my problem. if he wants to list it on eBay for 3k he is more than welcome, however with all the issues I listed it with and the poor condition of the paintwork I doubt he would get anywhere near that.
I had three years of good fun with this Viva, have made a profit on the car and I can move on.
