'72 HC Basic Black Interior FOC

Postby dix » Sun Sep 29, 2013 5:32 pm

Hi Folks,
I am having a clear out so this set of seats must go either to one of you or the tip.
They are basically okay but the drivers seat has a little damage.
The pivots and catches are with the front seats.
Cheers
Dik

Our daughter is currently bidding on a kiln for sale in Spalding - if she wins it I will be heading your way in the not to distant future. If no-one else needs them I could use them - but I do have a useable set if there's someone in greater need than me.

If she doesn't win the kiln then I'm not sure I'd get over your way quite so soon - I'll check where she's up to when she gets in later.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for your response.
If you want them they are yours.
Keep me appraised of the situation.
I will refrain from delivering them to the tip for a while.
Cheers

Hi Dik

Thanks - the kiln she's after on ebay finishes on Saturday afternoon, so I'll know by then at the latest if we're heading your way. Hope that's OK. If someone claims them in the meantime I understand perfectly. After all, there's no guarantee she'll get this kiln anyway.

Cheers
Paul.

Hi Dik

Bad news I'm afraid. The kiln bidding has gone beyond her budget  - so I'm going to have to pass on the seats. I hope someone else can use them. Thanks for the offer, but it looks like I won't be heading your way anytime soon.

Paul.

Hi Paul,
That must be disappointing for your daughter.
I'll keep the seats for about another week then they will go outside to deteriorate until I can extract the steel for my next visit to the scrap man. It's about £100 per ton right now.
Thanks for your efforts.
Cheers
