HC Headlining plastic inserts

Postby kdr555p » Sat Dec 24, 2016 3:35 pm

Hello
Has anyone got a few of the little plastic inbsert 'clips' that fit onto the roof headlining rods and then into the roof either side. Some of mine have failed. Thanks.

Is there a seperate section? Just said For Sale and Wanted at the top of the page where it said Board Index so I went with that. Cheers.

They're called 'snapsacs' generally available from ebay suppliers or just do internet search. Most important part was that they are fully 'domed' inside so the headlining rods sit and are suspended properly. They are slightly larger than the GM part so need to drill out the mounting points and work out how to get the headlining rods to fit in snugly. Probably a little early to recommend these until I know they work fine.

I fitted them to mine and they do need drilling out by about 2mm to fit. I got mine from Bresco but with their "one price pack" policy it's not cheap but if you dig about on fleaBay then you will find them
