Hi Steve
I am the owner of your old HC GUW752J , we have had this car since 2001 when it was brought for my wife as a cheap runabout after she had not driven for a few years and wanted a viva again.
It was used every day until 3 years ago,but due to ill health the Viva has not been used.
It is still in reasonable condition but the rear valance has started to rust through, are replacements available?
I would like to get her back on the road as she is a loved member of the family and deserves some tlc.
Gary

Hello and welcome Gary. Good to see the car still exists. Valences are available now and again on ebay etc, but are getting a bit pricy. Might be better to get the original one repaired. Got any recent photos?

WOW! Thank you so much for getting in touch, she was such a lovely old girl, spent a fair few quid on her and am so glad she is still in one piece. Would love to know more about her and a few pics would be great too. I only swapped her for a MK2 Escort after she had paint stripper thrown on her because I parked in somebody elses parking space outside their house. It kind of tainted ownership but please let me know how she is doing, I changed the clutch on her in my front garden, laying on my back under some car ramps on my own, happy happy days........ :thanx:

Steve I have confirmed your access to the members only area, so you should be-able to find the register and see your old car.
