Good Solid estate that one!!
I had the pleasure of towing it through the streets of billing last year... then 2 days later towing it all the way from billing to freds house!!!
As it was all freds fault I will let him explain.. :wink:

Yeah - Recommisioned the estate after a long slumber in dry storage - our bright Chairman suggested i took it to Billing for the Rally - best place to sell it - so loaded it up with all the gear for club stand etc added towbar so I could take the various parts promised to various people.
Cut a long story short ran out of clutch 5 miles from Billing :oops:

- Steve came and towed me in cos he had towed his HA Bedford Pick-up on Aframe. Not very saleable without a clutch :imsmiling:

Then he towed the estate home for me after Billing had finished and I drove the Pick-up - he left the Pickup at mine and I bought it off him.
Estate was treated to a new clutch and used to bed it all in for a while and George came along 30th Dec and bought it and drove it home to Oldham

Actually fred i came very close to bidding you on the estate myself!
I was tempted to use it as everyday transport but i knew the new pick up was coming so thought twice....
Good luck with it george, at least you know the clutch has plenty life in it... :imsmiling:
