Hi

I have recently purchased a Bedford 1978 HA van. Red CVS 108 T
Thanks goes to the family accounts department. (wife)
Been trying to find one and managed after a long time purchased one in Dorset from a great guy. I have not touched one of these for over 40 years but its all coming flooding back. However I'm sure i will need lots of help. So do I join this club or should I go to Bedford entuhsiest club?

Hello and welcome. Join both clubs, parts are scarce for Vans, so the more openings you have to find them the better. Some photos of the van would be good. Anything Van related ask a chap called Bedfordbad on here. No dout Fred will arrive soon and provide you with joining instructions.

Thats the only picture we have of the Van.

Hi Only have a few photos as you may have noticed its been raining for a few weeks. It hiding in the garage.

I intend to do a rolling resto as I want the pleasure of using it. First it needs an few things doing then a good clean as its been working. I want to keep as much of the original patina as I can and may sign it in our company log.

Hi welcome to the Forum - I have an HA Pick Up - bought from Bedfordbad - so I decided to join the BEC - went to one of their Bedford Bashes at Ellesmere Port. Their main interest seems to be in the bigger stuff - you more likely to get spares/advice from this Club as there is commonality with the HA saloon.
