Hi Simon,

I have posted your membership pack should be with you very soon.

My hubby Marcus[Events Secretary] bought his Magnum without telling me, it was only when I noticed lots of money missing from the bank account did he confess!. Yes we're still happily married.Good luck.

Thank you Jane,

The mags arrived yesterday - thank you they are FAB. Wife clocked the club stamp on the envelope though !!! Ekk more automotive pornography in the post.... She was not impressed. Still I have broken the ice so to speak and she now knows I'm a member. ICE being the operative word followed by... "Your not buying another car".

Knowing my lust for cars she did ask and want to check I hadn't already bought and insisted on checking my dads garage !!!

Am thinking of bribes knowing how her frost melts when seeing rings and sparkly things.

:-)

Hiya. Just to advise that I am a new member, and I live in Durham. I recently purchased a 2 door Viva HC. It is driveable, but does need some work doing on it, which has been delayed due to my Father having health problems, and requiring my support. Also up here they are still out salting/gritting the roads nearly every night. I do not intend to drive on salted roads, as I know from experience how road salt kills elderly vehicles. When I have worked out how, I will post a photo of the HC.
