New to the Viva world

Postby Acton-hc » Tue May 05, 2020 9:51 am

Hey I’m new to the viva world after owning loads and loads of Fords and w couple of Japanese cars thought I’d try something different, so here’s my Vauxhall Viva Hc 1800 Deluxe with 28/36 carb conversion, the car is currently in Yorkshire and I’m in Torquay so as soon as lockdown is over I can collect it from family.

Hi and welcome, good to hear you've come over from the dark side. Hope you get your car soon but in the mean time any info, reg number or pics would be great.

The 1800 deluxe is now a very rare car and the DCD carb conversion a very sought after period modification. Looking forward to seeing pictures.

Easiest way is to upload them to Face Book and then download them again.

GT was a HB Viva, wont fit a HC. Think carefully on an engine swap, not many 1800 left.
