It took a day or two for me when I joined. At least being all volunteers running the accounts etc, it is faster than DVLA!

That is VERY true, I applied to renew my HGV & PSV licence, note the word RENEW, in June 2017, I am still waiting for it! I have been in touch with them so many times, but they simply do not respond. And then the top people at the DVLA have just awarded themselves a £2.1 million performance bonus for their performance in 2021/22, I know what I would award them! Yes just waiting for both now, bet I know what happens first!
