Hi Jan

Nice to have another scandinavian Vauxhall driver here at the forum! Welcome aboard!

Recipe for Swedish fläskpannkaka (pork pancake):

Chop 3-400 g salted pork belly and fry in a pan. Spice with ground white pepper. Spread in an oven pan, approx. 35x45 cm.

Mix 4-5 eggs with 0.5 l milk. Add about 0.5 l wheat flour, one or two tablespoons of sugar and a little bit salt. Beat until smooth. Add anoter 0.5 l of milk and pour over the fried pork. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees until it has a nice brown surface. Let the pancake cool for 10-15 minutes and cut to pieces. Serve as it is or with lingonberry preserve and a glass of cold milk. :D

IF there are any left overs: spread some butter on the cold pancake and eat as a sandwich. All quantities are approx. Years of experience will learn exact propotions without using any measuring devices. DO NOT EVER use bacon, the smokey taste will ruin it all, imagine islay whisky and sponge cake.
